watching this leak between the tranny and engine for a while and it seems to be getting worse now. Im kinda thinking i need to replace the torque converter, and seals, anything else would i need to replace? But my main question is what is a good converter to get? i found this one on ebay...will this fit my tranny without any problems and will it being a high stall have any cons?

I have always been a biiger fan of tig welded fins instead of furnace brazed fins. To me this converter seems legit but a lot of things on sleazebay make me nervous as well. I would give it a try.

Replace the converter. They are POS on the GEN 3s.

FWIW I had good luck with the Dacco rebuilds. I guess I should say it's the only one that hasn't failed on me. :oogle:

They have a V8 SHO high stall one that I just got. Part number is F68ESHO
