I just bought a 95 parts car that I have taken the interior out of and put in my 89. I am also wanting to take the wheels off the 95 and put on my 89, but the 95 has 16" and the 89 15". Can this be done and if so how much of a pain is it? Also, how much will this throw my speedometer off? Any help would be great. THANKS ! ! !

The wheels will interchange with no problems.

I'd also recommend changing all the brake components too. The knuckles, hubs, calipers and all will bolt right on your '89. You'll have a much better brake package capable if upgrading.

Have fun.

The 89's 215/65-15 tires are 26.00" in dia.
The 95's 215/60-16 tires are 26.15" in dia.

You're never going to notice the difference in the real world.

Thanks for the help guys. I swapped wheels and tires today and it made a major improvement in the looks of the 89. Now all I need to do is replace the carpet in the 89 and get it painted.
