Holy Schlotzskys!
How the heck do you fix that!?
Drill out the broken part and pray that you can find a replacement?

I am getting ready to do my 120K and I pray I don't that.

I heard that the tourqe specs to the valve cover bolts is wrong in the Helms manual?
IS that correct?

Have a couple (and only a couple) left; they're discontinued, no replacement, FYI. Email offline if interested.

On a side note is there an easy method to getting them out of a 3.0 block without breaking them or damaging them? I have a bare block and thats the only part that I still need to pull off the bare block.

Hmm, good question. It didnt take much to get it out really, but i dont know if you'd want to marr up the unthreaded surface with pliers.

Its just a stud right? I imagine you could match it up with an automive stud from a hardware store. If not i should have one for you.

A shop could always machine them if there aren't any left. Any idea what the specs are?
