Thud Under Engine

Now to add to my woes (see Regarding Hesitation) I now notice a fairly pronounced "thud", especially during acceleration and somethimes whille turning. From the driver's seat, the "thud" sounds like it is right under the middel of the engine and I can feel it on the accelerator pedal.

I will look at the motor and tranny mounts, anything else I should be checking?

i dunno man, i could have sworn i saw a post on this a month ago and it was the motor mounts. and i believe the engine was actually smacking against the hood. i hope its nothing major. good luck.

If it was my mother-in-law, I wouldn't have posted that I have a problem!

The bushings is a good idea, I'll check...
