Throttle Body (again)

Any body know if the throttle body from a Gen.1 or 2 will work/bolt up to a Gen.3 ?
*OR*
Is any other TB a direct fit, or do I need to find one from another Gen.3?

ANY information would help.

OK OK... I'll get it in the mail tomarrow. My only hold back was trying to find a container that would fit the intake gaskets without damaging them. (wanted to mail them at the same time as the TB)

OK Mr. Holhut, again I find myself somewhat red faced and in need of some explaining.
That post was not directed at you in any way shape or form.
I had found 2ea. 65mm throttle bodies for sale and was wondering if they would fit my car. I would like to do some more experimenting, and do not wish to roach your spare.
If what I do is of anyway a benefit, you will be informed promptly, and a prototype shipped out for your gang's review.
Send your stuff when you can, us old guys don't rush.

Nope, they're the same. I have a Gen II on mine actually.

I think he meant that the Gen I/II is a different size than the Gen III and therefore a TB from the first 2 gen's would not work on the Gen III.

FWIW,ATX and MTX throttle bodies are different also.They look identical,but something about throttle adjustment is a bit different.They have differnt part #`s stamped on them too.I`m bolting up an ATX on on Sunday,so i`ll try to find out what`s not the same.
