The SS at the track part deux.

I decided to go up to the drag strip 2 Fridays ago to see if I could beat my previous best of 13.49. I was unable to do better as my best was a 13.69 but somehow my trap speeds have increased by about 3 MPH.

1st run I *****-footed the launch (2.1 60') but nabbed the best E.T. of the night.
2nd run I was in a bracket race with an early 90's Protege' I had a 13.8 dial-in and he had a 20.1 dial-in which caught me sleeping at the line. Even though I let off towards the end I still broke out by .02.
3rd run was the best launch of the night with an even 2.0 60'

Nice times! I have a 2007 Impala SS. Looks like you had 16" wheels up front with drag radials maybe.

hmmm, if your throttle body magically disappears, I know nothing.....good times, traction help?
