I traded in the 98 this weekend on an F150.

My thanks goes out to all those "wicked smart SHO gurus" that have answered my questions over the years.

Yeah, kinda sad to see her go especially with on 85k on the odo. Good, solid car that never let me down, but it just doesn't fit my lifestyle anymore. Already on the F150 forum. Seem like a bunch of good guys there too.

there are, lots of them are very knowledgeable, that is if you're on FTE, which one are you on? If you are in fact on ford truck enthusiasts, 1998F150XLT would be me:cool:

Their first trade number was $1500. I laughed out loud at the guy. I wasn't expecting to get full retail but I wasn't gong to give my car away either. I ended up getting $3000. I probably could have sold it on my own for $4k but timing was everything for this deal to happen.

WOW. LOL

Yeah, sometimes it is easier to take a loss and not have to deal with selling it on your own.

Did you buy a new F150? They look sweet and appear to be pretty beefy.
Congrats

I bought an 06 F150 XLT. 18" chromies, chrome step up bar, chrome grill, 5.4L. Dark stone grey is the color. Real sharp looking truck.
