1. Advance karma DOES exist!
2. Nice people pay their bills.
3. Talking shit and copping an attitude to old drunk guys isn't a good idea.
4. As Donovan mentioned: "please and thank you".
5. Prison, moreso, going or not going to prison, has nothing to do with learning life's lessons. Many people haven't been, and are decent people. I guess I don't really understand that statement.

I think as far as #5, dude was merely stating it took HIM some time at the all boys school to get his shit together, whereas most of us, like you mentioned are just fine without the state intervening to forcibly reform our views on appropriate behavior and responsibility.
