Fred what's the situation of your PCV system? If you still have it hooked up to the throtle body might cause you a problem due to the blower pushing boosted air into the TB instead of the vacuum situation that usually exists there. Just a thought.

Weld, or tap in a little ****** to the intake tube right next to the blower (like I showed you in my picture). Have the crankcase side of the PCV hooked to this vaccuum. Have the valve cover side simple hooked to a small breather/filter to suck in clean air. This has been working great for me.

It is a pain to take off the entire blower assembly just to take off the timing belt cover. That sucks. If you really blew the crank seal, then something is not right. Boost is somehow geting in, or pressure is not getting released. I know that chrome rings take forever (10K) to properly seat on many cars. Using synthetic oil too soon on your car could compound the problem not letting the rings seat, and there is going to be more blowby than normal. And also you are running 14psi correct? This might be a combination of all these things in your case. I think adding vaccum to the crankcase side would solve your problem. When my setup is all together (still waiting on the #@$#%#^$ underdrive pulleys!), I'll take same pictures and show you what I did. I also put a "puke tank" between the vaccuum ****** and crankcase PCV to catch any possible oil due to too much crankcase pressure.

oh, no. Thanks anyway, Brian! I'm trying very hard not to get too many people calling Vadim in the middle of the nigth for me as it is...

Seriously, It's potentially the first business day back since it happened, so we'll see what today brings. If he's closed for the week, I can buy that too. I want to keep my options open as long as possible, without burning a bridge if I don't have to. Thanks, though!

Ya know Fred, you could sell the blower assembly and use the money to buy one heck of a progressive direct port nitrous system.I hear Doug Lewis is selling his intake manifold for the low price of $2000

I already bug them enough as it is!

I have practically the exact setup that Fred has, except I have an SQ-trim instead of S-trim, so 90% of the questions I ask about my setup also apply to Fred. My only saving grace is that I can bug them in person. If I'm having some problems that are bugging me, I'll usually just show up there after work. I can also drive my car there for dyno/tune session instead of the "guess-by-snail-mail" LPM swap poor Fred has had to suffer through. Now that Tom is back, service should get a little better.

Fred: Have you installed that catless y-pipe yet?
