One last important compatibility Q - do you know if either of the transmissions in question are sporting a TransGo shift kit or some other type of valve body modifications? If the answer is yes, then the LPM will likely need to be reprogrammed to accomodate the differences in line pressure between the two setups.

Also, you may add this copy of Ted's "official" LPM instructions to Beth's installation instructions:

I had sent my LPM to Ted a week ago. I recieved an E-mail reply from him that he had lost his house and most if not all his belongings to Hurricane Katrina. :(

Man, that really bites the big one. Anybody know if he had family in that area? :frown:

Perhaps we could take up a seperate collection for Ted and the other SHOwners that were in the damage path ...

Ted B. Did Lose Home in Hurricane

I happened to have received my reprogrammed LPM on 8/26, and contacted Ted shortly after to thank him for the work. His reply to me confirmed what RJ-92 has said; he lost his home and most or all of his belongings.

I'm not sure how to go about it, other than sending money directly to Ted, but it would seem a collection of some sort might be the right thing to do. Especially so, considering all the effort he has put into the SHO community over the years.

Also, we might want to find out if other Forum members have been impacted by this disaster?
