Tachometer below stop?

So I was driving to work today and my gas pedal got stuck under the floor mat and I had to cut the ignition. When I pulled over and fired it back up I looked down to see this:




Anyone have ideas on this? I actually do have a spare cluster.

Drive it till you hit the limiter in 1st or 2nd and it should pick it back up.

That is plan A. Plan B would be grabbing a torx set and tearing the dash apart, removing the glass and re seating the needle.

I've seen it many times. Just bounce that sucker of the limiter and all will be well.
