172 and 136

KOEO:
172: Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control

KOER:
136: Oxygen sensor not switching/system lean Left or Front HO2S - Fuel control

Could be your 02 sensors but then again it might have something to do with the flux capacitor or maybe theres not enough oil in the blinker fluid.

The intake manifold seals are metal with a plastic/rubberized coating can chip very easily, especially if you've had the intake off. Check and or replace / retorque / reseal as necessary, clear the codes, and see what you get.
Did these 02s get hot like the first ones did?

Are both exhaust manifolds down tight? Were the gaskets in good condition? How about the connection to the y-pipe? Everything good?

It would be good to get new O2s in.

I am starting to wonder if the ECU is having a hard time keeping up with the 3.2 and Stage 1 cams.

The injectors are not leaking?

How did you assemble the intake? Did you put the horns in? Did you use or 1 gaskets? Check for leaks along the intake?
