Well, after speaking with the previous owner of my latest purchase. I DO NOT want him to still know the entry code for the keypad. He actually said that I shouldn't leave the keys in it(like I would anyway) or he might "jack" it. I know he may have been joking but I don't care. He didn't care for the car very well in the first place and I want no chance of him getting into it. Now for the question....I want to take the box out of my 94 parts car and put it in my 93 I'm driving. Both cars are ATX's. I was going to due it Monday but saw the 94 had some kind of phone # to call before swapping. ?Is this necesary?? Thanks in advance!

As long as they both have keyless entry it's a direct swap. You will need to reprogram the the remotes (unless you have the old ones) for the replacement box.

cool, I don't care about the keyfobs working. I just want the keypad on the door to have a different code.
