In my limited experience, anything you replace, especially suspension components, really does make a big difference in how the car drives and handles. I've done the rear of my car and am preparing to do the front soon. All those pieces of rubber add up to a more fun to drive car.

Tokico struts with B&G springs, all new upper mounts and lower spring seats, power grid adjustable endlinks, and new strut rod bushings. The car definitely corners and holds the road infinitely better.

when you do the struts make sure you do the strut mounts not just the bearings.

lower control arms are also recommended as the bushings in there are typically bad after all these years, unless they have been replaced more recently as the do have the lower ball joints in them.

strut rod bushings will be needed both front and back, unless they have been done recently.

sway bar bushings typically do not need replacing unless they are very bad, as several people have reported that the cars actually handle better with a little "free play" in the sway bar. sway bar end links typically don't need replaced unless you hear "clunk" when you go over bumps (the nylon end links were particularly bad for getting noisy.)

tie rods will only need replaced if there is looseness in the tie rod ends on either end.
