suspension parts

I found a thread awhile back that had all the parts needed for putting in struts and springs. I am looking at eibachs and tokicos. The parts were all listed with numbers from shonut plus control arm bushings and eccentrics..BUT NOW I CANT FIND IT..and its annoying..and help would be helpful.
Secondly..adjustable plates(camber?)..are they worth it and what do they replace in the rebuild?
