hey guys, i bought a 91 SHO out of a junkyard that didnt deserve to be there. for the most part, the car was all there. people got some stuff like the stereo and the exhaust but the one PITA thing they took was the right rear suspension. this car is gonna be huge for me, i have a built SHO Shope motor to go into it in the spring and this is also my "Project Turbo SHO" car. here is my deal, i plan on using this car to drag race and to autocross. i am being told to go with eibach pro-kit springs and koni struts. rather than try to find a stock right rear shock and spring for now, i think i want to just buy the whole suspension setup right now. i have found the eibach pro kit from summit for 200 bucks. thats about what i expected to pay. the koni's however, were priced at 170 a piece. is this what i should expect for the price on struts?? anyone have any recomendations that may not cost as much?? i would be willing to go with another brand or even if someone is selling used ones. ill pay that much if i have to but i would really like to find a different way. lastly, if anyone has any input on what suspension setup to use i am all ears. i would like it to be as low as possible with good handling in the twisties. this is also gonna be a daily driver so i would like a somewhat decent ride. i am not expecting to get 100% in all these catagories but i guess i am lookin for a happy medium. thanx for all the help!!!
