The SHO is now sitting low. Check my sig for more results. After measuring all 4 corners before lowering I noticed that the driver's side was .25in lower than the passenger's side. Ok, before the flaming begins I only weigh 175. One of the previous owner's broke the plastic on the side of the seat because of a large @ss. No offense to anyone, just trying to cover my own @ss. And for all who are going to ask, no I did not cut the eibachs and no I won't tell how I did it, at least not now.

There are a couple ways to lower the car, so I don't think this is much of a mystery:

* Get shorter springs.
* Adjust the length between the top perch and the knuckle.

You can accomplish the second a couple ways: by buying a coilover kit, which will adjust the length of the coilover unit without changing the spring mounting point. Or, you can locate the bottom of the strut lower in the knuckle on a factory setup. Since the load of the car is supported by the pinch bolt's grip on the strut, you can remove the locating tab on the strut and slide the strut further in the knuckle.

Allowing for a safe distance from the front axle (in the front) to the bottom of the strut you can probably lower the car another 1.5" from the factory ride height. Of course, with factory rate springs you'll probably bottom out a lot, which in the end looks pretty silly.
