Bored now
I should be safe posting this up here as I don't think she really checks the forum these days (admittedly I'm pretty absent myself).
I'm trying to put together a surprise party for Michelle. It'll be in Kalamazoo on Saturday, June 11. She's got friends scattered all over the place and rather than try to track them all down, I think I'll actually reach most just by posting here!
Kind of last minute I know, and I'm still working out plans. At minimum, we'll be having dinner and staying the night in town. If a bunch of people make it, I'd love to have the dinner with everyone then just go out for the eve and have a good time. It's not like there isn't anything to do in K-zoo. It all depends on who can make it.
I should stress that this isn't a SHO meet, though seeing a bunch of SHOs is never a bad thing
And since she likes them, she'd certainly enjoy that too!
I know I haven't been active; just still trying to get life back to normal after the craziness that has been the past two years. Hasn't been easy, but things are finally turning for the better. Not trying to play a guilt card, but she'd really REALLY enjoy seeing everyone.
If you think you can make it to Kalamazoo for the late afternoon/evening on June 11 for her birthday, please post up! Dinner won't be expensive or fancy or anything like that, don't need gifts or cards or junk. Just the camaraderie is gift enough!
Thanks much everyone--hope some of you can make it
