I was fixing my sunroof button after it has pushed through and accidently broke off the gray console Well, I superglued it back on and it worked for about a month. Now the button has pushed back through and the console is comming off. Can I get another console or do I have to settle for the eproxy? I have learned not to be so impatient after this experience

I just had this happen last month - I tried the superglue route first and it didn't work at all. Bought "Devcon Plastic Welder" at the paint department at Wal-Mart. I also found out that I broke some of the plastic tabs holding the metal brackets on the sunroof console, so I went ahead and put a little expoxy over all the plastic tabs. Waited 24 hours and haven't had a problem yet.

i dont know how electronical u r but i had the moonroof switch break on my sable i used to have so i went to Radioshack at the time and bought a toggle switch and custom mounted it in my center console. worked great and was kinda cool to watch the looks on my passengers faces to watch the roof all of the sudden start opening up (i mounted it where no one could see it).
