My OEM switch broke - twice, so I found a window switch from a 96 Contour passenger door on ebay to follow the instructions here.
A bit of time with the Dremel and the soldering iron and I got a perfect result. Yay! Thanks to the original poster (SHOckforce ?).
I also made a simple .gif image of the wiring diagram as a quick-printing alternative to the full color photo at the above link.
