Whats your opion on the best strut and spring setup? I'll know i'll get flak but i've searched and haven't really heard any of the good or bad points on the different manufactors. It seems like everyone says tokico.

although im on eibachs with motorcrafts, i have driven eibach & koni'd SHOs along with intrax & konis.. i'd say it's about the same ride, minus the firmer intrax ride w/ poly bushings, whereas the eibach'd car had rubber bushings...

struts & springs

Hard to beat Eibach/Tokico combo. I called Eibach tech support and they recommended Tokico. I also used Energy Suspensions Mustang spring isolators on the bottom of the springs. And got police strut bearings. I took the bearings apart and greased them with Red Line. Pretty simple to do, and when I felt them afterward, there was a big difference in smoothness.
