i dont see a prob with what i typed i understand it fine.. if you wondering why i say my ses light should be on i have codes still...

well i guess i retype it i don't know if it will help anyone better........

well the other night i had the heat on no big deal driving down the road wanted to turn it off....

once i try to turn it off i notice the heater part of the heat control/radio wasn't on nor was it lite up with my lights on..

also noticed that my SES light was off(had codes still should have been on) even hooked up the code scanner i got and it gave the codes and said SES ON and it wasn't...

also i hit the od button to see if that worked and sure enough the button was dead....

when i turn the key on i get no SES light nor no OD light and my heat motor will run consistent..(i pulled the fuse so it don't run the blower/heat motor)

i did check the fuse for that circuit was good thought it could have been a relay switched 2 around no change now only thing i could think of is maybe a wire melted somewhere.. but whats my chances... or the ignition switch is going bad.. cuz lately my key hasn't been turn all the way back and i cant get the key out.. i just move the shifter a few times and then it comes out. maybe that's related..

the car runs and drives no diff then before starts fine also.. so i don't know

i have checked all the under hood fuses im bout to go check the ones under the dash... since i got a chance to when there is some light

i figured out what fuse is blowing.... its the 5amp warning lamps fuse.. i replaced it and it popped it again ... gezz what some fun

so if i change the fuse out i can run every thing just fine but soon as i hit my OD switch on the shifter it pops the fuse...

the one wire that runs from the od switch to the pcm was shorted somewhere ran a new wire seems to be good!!!
