strange knock

hey guys im not really new but i am a little rusty so help would be great

1st when i let the car sit over night when i go to start it knocks like its not getting any oil.then after running like 2-4 seconds it goes away?

2nd someties when im driving and i hit the gas i can hear this funny sound.sounds like a crazy vibration from the heat shield being loose on a car but it only does it every now and then but never from idle
any help would be appreciated

Hmm, sounds like mine when my timing belt tensioner started to go out.

Take your SHO to Sergio at Jerry's Automotive.

He has been working on SHOs for years and knows these cars inside and out.

All of the Houston guys go to Sergio.

Have him do your rod bearings also.
