Stock Chromies Offset?

Im getting new wheels on my 98. The wheels i want are 17x7.5 43mm offset. I saw somewhere that the stock offset is 42 and the range is 35-45. If anyone knows the offset on the Chromies please lmk

I believe you are correct and the offset for the OEM chrome wheels is 42mm. You should have no major problems with the ones you mention as your replacements so long as the tires themselves are not overly wide.

i believe all Taurus wheels (slicers, chromies, etc) are 42 mm offset wheels.

They are volvo wheels. Made by bbs. Called propus. Probably going to get them mid next year.
