stinky washer fluid

maybe someone here will know. my washer fluid spells like I'm spraying sewage water on my car. anyone know why it would be doing that?

Someone put some funny juice in reservoir? Bleed it out and refill

I filled it last with washer fluid so no clue. whats the best way to bleed it?

There should be a coupler near the cowl and cross member between the strut mounts under hood. Pull it apart. Press button untill it' empty. May take a couple presses as the pump will time out.
