Steering wheel tilt stuck..

I got in the car today and i went to pull the tilt wheel down and it wont come down. im sure it wont be hard to fix but has this happend to anyone else before.

Pull your column covers off and look around. Its possible the bolts for the mechanism are loose and not engaging. HTH
