I don't know if this is a problem with alignment, steering rack, or control arms. But in order to drive straight forward, I need to hold the steering wheel about 10-15 degrees counter-clockwise. If I let go at let the wheel center itself, the car fades right quickly. Also, I drive my car pretty hard, but it seems to eat front tires VERY quickly. I rotated them after about 3k miles and the fronts had half of the tread gone, the backs still looked new.

When I bought the car, the previous owner told me that he had 1.5 degrees of negative camber on all 4 tires (The insides where worn much more than the outside, so this is definitely true.)

As others said, an alignment is order. Negative camber seems to be pretty normal in these cars, but it shouldn't cause the degree of tire wear you're seeing. Tauruses are pretty bad about tie-rod ends and ball joints, you may have an issue. Request that the alignment technician actually checks out your front end, because he may just align it without any inspection otherwise.
