Under acceleration on turns to the left my car seems to slip out in some way, it is bad enough to where my steering has to be adjusted! Its like the front passenger wheel steps out so to speak. I have new ball joints, and inner and outer tie-rod ends, sway bar end links, and tires! I am running out of things to fix and my next stab in the dark will be my wheel bearing, but I need to do something soon because my car doesnt feel safe, thanks for any replies!

Have you checked for a worn motor mount? Worn front subframe bushings? Was the wander a problem before the new tires or after? You didn't say what kind of tires you installed.

Mine does the same thing on a high speed right hand corner. It just feels like the car is gonna start a slide. I just rack it up to the fact that I have a broken right side sway bar link.

sdpatt I just did a clutch job and the front motor mount looked fine and theres no polished spot on the intake, the problem was before the new tires, they are dunlop cant recall the series. The subframe bushings appear to be fine, and if I turn my wheel at a stand still there is a noticeable clunk which I thought would be due to the tie rod ends but not the case unfortunately! I was thinking maybe a sway bar bushing?

Remember there are two ends to each tie rod; an inner and an outer. Have you also checked the inner tie rod coupling for play?

You say the subframe bushings "appear to be fine." Place a jack under the car behind the front wheel. As you are lifting the car, watch the front subframe lower on the bushings. How far do they drop? Is there evidence of lateral movement on the bushings? How long have they been on the car?

At a standstill, the sway bars aren't moving. The clunk would be coming from the steering linkage through the tie rods or the movement of the subframe. The ball joints are also suspect.

How many miles are on the car? Have you checked the front wheel bearings? They are usually good for at least 200,000 miles, but you never know. With the front wheels jacked off the ground, check them for side-to-side play. You need to do some more examination. Good luck.

Alright sdpatt thanks for the advice, I think I am gonna have someone move the steering wheel side to side as I inspect where the noise is coming from. Both the inner and outer tie rod ends were replaced, just so you know. Will post the results, thanks!!

UPDATE: Found a broken driver side end link, after a friend found the part that used to attach the link to the strut in his driveway, definately a place to start, then I'll have to find out why the clunk when standing still. Thanks for all the help!
