The rack comes out through the driver side wheel well. You have to put the car on jackstands so that you can crawl underneath to work the rack out. You must remove the intermediate steering shaft, power steering fluid lines, disconnect the tie rod end bolts and the rack's frame bolts. Access to the fluid lines on the rack was a tedious reach. You just have to carefully move the rack a small distance at a time because of all the interferences with the hoses and structures. You would be much better off looking at a procedure in a service manual before digging into this job.
