I tried removing the rubber boot down against the firewall. There was only 2 screws there instead of the 3 that someone had mentioned. There where no 10mmscrews there . the ones that were there where bigger and already tight. The steering feels real loose when you turn it.My brother has a 95 and the steering feels different. some one help me please!!!

There are 3 nuts that hold the boot on. There are studs in the firewall that they fasten on to.

They are located at 12, 4, and 8 o'clock positions. The top one is harder to see. Remove the panel from under the steering column for easier access.

The actual size of the nuts is larger than 10mm, iirc. I just took the boot off last week on mine.
