So I wanted to get my car aligned, the tires are wearing really badly on the inside. Driving at low speeds the car is drifting back and forth. At first I thought it might just be the tires/wheels, now Im thinking rack. I replaced my inner tie rods and oil came out when I took the boot off. Is this a bad sign? The steering hasnt ever locked in a turn like I have read about. Please tell me its not the rack!!!

Have you checked for any wear in the tie rods, ball joints, strut bushings, or wheel bearings?

If you had oil come out of the inner boots, the seals on the end of the rack are leaking.

Your rack is on life support. Best to replace it before it expires in the middle of a sweeping turn at speed.
