Starter issue and clunk driver side

I have a 2011 SHO and the starter has been dragging on start does the starter need to be replaced or is it something else with the push to start? The sound is like it turns over engine starts but the starter runs for a few seconds after like a long start no grinding noises or anything like that just guy at oil change place like oh starter dragging. Battery is good all wires tight car drives fine.

2nd problem when braking i have a clunk on the driver side front its not super load but noticeably annoying thinking maybe the brake pads sticking? I did wheel bearing and ball joint test everything tight.

It's hard to tell when a ball joint is bad enough to cause a clunk. How many miles? Any weird noises while turning the wheel back and forth when stopped?

66k miles no weird noises when turning the wheel when started or stopped i had a back strut blow out so i had those changed im wondering if its the front shock but the car rides fine.

Tie rods do go out on these cars, and sometimes control arm bushings also.

Rare for a starter to go out that soon, but I suppose it could happen. Could be a short in the pushbutton circuitry maybe? I would pull codes using a reader that can scan both the HSCAN and MSCAN buses.
