Ok, what I thought to be a locked up water pump turned out to be a dead starter, I looked up prices on AutoZone.com 59.99 w/ a $30 core, IMO, quite resonable. About how much should it cost for someone to put it on for me. I'd try to do it myself but don't have the reight tools or the patience, LOL. BTW, I STILL need the W/P but $350, good Lord. Still putting it off. and suggestions?

uhm, $350 for a water pump? Thats insane. I got mine for my ATX under $80, they're cheaper for MTX cars too.

Also, The starter is a no brainer to install. When i was in a time crunch I took it to a shop and the idiot billed me $75 to install it. It takes me 20 minutes to change them out. Honestly, do it yourself and save that money... 2 bolts and a few wire connections...

Oops, sorry, that's $350 for everything (pump, coolant, labor, etc.) TI think the pump itself in fact is about $80.

Well if you're paying for the WP to be replaced might as well do the timing belt too while they're in there.

Seriously though man, Go to harbor freight tools and buy some tools to do the starter, you'll save a lot of money, plus you'll know how to do it :)
