man I'm glad emissions here are not that bad...I found a guy who will tell me if it will pass/fail without paying him. Really helped on the Mustang. 2 years ago it cost over 100 bucks in inspections before it passed!
He also didn't check the cats (which were non-existant) so that was cool too. I slipped him a few extra bucks for his help.
