Squeaking,popping Sound when I turn the wheel.

I get loud popping /squealing when I turn the wheel. It's really loud at low speeds ecspecialy when it's cold out.
I thought it was cv joints so I replaced Both axles and it still makes noise. Next guess is lover control arms. Help please

Possibly strut mounts? Should make a noise even when not moving, when you turn the steering wheel left/right.

Strut mounts likely culprit.

I had that issue and it was the strut mount bearing that was bad.
