Please bear with me as the details to my problem are a little long.....My son is about to graduate from collage this year (MIT Engineering Degree)....As a Christmas present this year I plan on giving him a completely rebuilt 1994 SHO....I have been buying parts since last Christmas and putting them away until I had everything necessary to complete the project...I did a 3.2 conversion on the car....Rebuilt tranny...New paint...interior....every bushing on the car was replaced....New 17" wheels and tires....I mean everything was replaced....I'm at the point where all that I have to do is replace the mufflers Which I ordered from them.....And the installation of tokico struts and Eibach springs I bought from them a year ago and stuck in a closet...Well I started to assemble the struts yesterday...I took the boxes out of the closet (where they have been since I received them from them) started to assemble them and noticed that the springs looked to small...So I looked up the part # 3582.140 on line and learned that they are for a 98> Contour SVT not an SHO which takes part # 3528.140....you can see how the mistake was made...part # 3582 for the Contour and part #3528 for the SHO...So I called them and they said to me well we have to exchange them for you....That was it...Talk about taking care of your customers.....I will always buy my SHO parts from them....You do not get any more professional then SP Motorsports....They ROCK

Agreed! Joe is always willing to discuss issues and assist his customers.

Sounds like your son is getting a very nice graduation present! He should be happy.

Dad, YOU ROCK! beer

There were numerous times I had a bad clutch or needed parts for a Convention and Joe would go out of his way for me to get it out overnight. He is the man. There was even a time he was driving his kid to soccer practice and called me back and talked to me for at least 20 minutes. And this was well before these nationwide free long-distance plans. I would give Joe as much business as I could.

see my dad is finally realizing now that i don't always have to see it his for us to actually get along.

He is taking an interest in SHO's and is down with helping me build mine now. Its becoming a great bonding experience and helping us to work out our differences

beer to dads like you
