Southern BC Get-Together August

There are a couple of choices for August. Do the Fraser River loop ( mentioned in the July post ), or head up to Whistler by way of Squamish to visit Les Soman and his SHO racer.

I'm available either the weekend of the 15th or the 22nd.

Other ideas?

Ive always wanted to take the SHO up to whistler.

I'm good for either of those dates (for once!). I vote for Squamish/Whistler, as if my gf is in town, I can drop her off there on the way up or down. Since most of it is 2 lanes now, its a beautiful drive. It can get painful in the 1 lane sections though....

OK. How about the 15th? Saddle up at O' dark-thirty and head to Whistler for the day.

Sure, sounds good. Let me know the start location/where to meet up (I'd probably meet you closer to this way instead of heading out your way to come back here) and time.

If no one is available for this time, I'll go shooting instead.

Not to worry. I was not able to get it together. There's still time before the weather starts getting awful again. Looks like it will probably happen in Septemver.
