Sounds and vibrations while steering

Sometimes when i turn, mostly only when turning left i can feel odd vibrations and i can hear what sounds like a kind of farting noise. Time to change power steering fluid?

top it off at the very the least. I was experiencing the same thing and that fixed it till i flushed it

what is the name of the fluid i need so i dont just get any old type. Also where is the best place to get it from.
