Well, i just bought ALSB's from SHObro's a few hours ago and now i'm curious how they will effect my car and change the way is turns.

My first question is how do i install them? I'm going to be using a car lift and air tools.

Question is, how do i lower the subframe with the car in the air? My guess would be use some tranny jacks, or something?

I'm acually pretty excited since this is my first REAL mod, (*** i know, heh)

But i'm curious how the car will react. I've gotten it to teeder todder on a few ramps, but i guess anyone can do that. I just wanna see the diffrent i guess. I heard its a great mod, so i went for it. :)

Another plug for my article...

Its hard to describe the effect other than you CAN notice it. Turn in feels instant, and with other new suspension components the car will really handle well.

I noticed no abnormal vibration either by installing ALSFBs.

the key is to not raise the subframe with the bolts... theyre strong... but not that strong oh and make sure you torque them down well too!

Orientation

I'm putting mine in right now too. I have the cup style... Just to clarify, do the male bushings go on the bottom and females on top.. Is this the same front/rear.

I ask because the rear stock bushing male was on top before.

I didn't get instructions with mine, and the shophoenix link doesn't show orientation.

Thanks..

The male goes on the bottom and the female goes on top :naughty:

You might have to file the hole in the subframe out a little bit, cause it'll be a tight fit.
