I did a transmission swap on a 95 non sho taurus to sell. The proceeds will be going towards my First GEN SHO which needs a lot of work. So if someone has had this problem b4 please help. The 95 is going through the check engine tests even when the pins are not jumped with the paper clip method from Shophoenix web site. So every time I start her up the idle is jumping up. She also doesn't want to start sometimes?? Just got done reading the codes and all I got was 538 the one for the goose test...Thanks

Any ideas how the car can get stuck in engine code mode?? Thanks

One of those 2 wires is grounded? I thought one of those 2 was a ground... I could be wrong..

Still have no idea what it could be. The test plug wires go right into the main plug for the brain behind the glove box. Anyone know what to check for.. Thanks
