Alright so here's my problem, after about 10 minutes of driving the CEL will come on like clockwork, and as soon as it does i can feel some subtle slight hesitation at lower RPMS, (never really ran the car up when the CEL was on). At first I thought maybe I was just being paranoid, but after driving it more it definitely is hesitating.

plugs and wires were done about 10k ago, everything else 60k wise was done about.. 500 miles ago.

ran the codes and got:

335 (O) EGR feedback signal is/was out of range - EVR or PFE

116 (O,R) Engine Coolant (ECT) sensor out of range - ECT
OR
126 (O,R,M) MAP or BARO sensor out of range - ">MAP
The first time i jotted it down i wrote 126, when it repeated the codes i got 116, which would make sense since my temp gauge doesnt work right, or at all now.

326 (R,M) Pressure Feedback EGR shows low pressure EGR not seating or not seating intermittantly - PFE

well the ECT being out will very much definitely cause your stumbling issues. If the computer doesn't know how hot the engine is, it won't know how much to adjust the fuel ratio, and it will default to be very rich, which will cause stumbling.

Replace that ECT first, then replace the MAP as that will cause stumbling as well.

The temp gauge on the cluster is fed by a seperate sensor located forward of the thermostat housing.

It sounds like you could do well to replace all your sensors; ACT, ECT, coolant idiot gauge, ambient air temp sensor... I think that's it.

Fix the EGR fault first. You're likely getting uncommanded or excessive EGR gasses into the intake and that is causing the hesitation/stumbling.

Also, retest your codes. It seems you are unable to get consistent results on a retest, so I'd take your current codes with a healthy dose of suspicion. I would specifically NOT replace any of the parts suggested above without further testing. Also, bear in mind that you will get a 116 code if the engine is not at operating temperature.

Well the problem wasnt the EGR, it was the PFE sensor, which i replaced - hesitation gone, no more CEL.

The DPFE sensor is mounted on the intake, facing the firewall. Silver box, two hoses and an electrical failure. A faulty one can cause uncommanded EGR flow.

As always, diagnose first, replace second.

yeah, it helps having a friend that works at a Ford Dealership.
The sensor was $86 which i got at ABC auto and we had to cut and splice the wires.
