side mirror question

ok i have noticed that on my drivers side mirror that the mirror itself has a blueish tint to it..im assuming to keep glare down...but my passenger side mirror has no tint at all..is this normal or is one of my mirrors been put on aftermarket?

Both mine are the same color. Not sure which is normal.

both should be tinted. The mirror has been replaced at one time.
