It's been recommended from fordtechmakuloco on you tube and other members here say not to use it although Ford was using it when getting destination issues that at that point is to far and should be manually cleaned.
But my plan is to still use it after every oil change.

I'm not sure if that was a typo or not, but typically items like this and other top engine cleaners are recommended before changing the oil/sparkplugs as they can chase the residue into the oil/plugs. I'm starting to check into oil vapor seperator's, it seems to me if you can effectively eliminate most of the root cause for the deposites in the first place it's a step in the right direction to protect the intake system and valves. I think this stuff is still going to good for cleaning the combustion chamber regardless.
