Now let's see if the alternator pulley fits my 93.

Keep your fingers crossed.

Looks good Greg, although the small one looks like it belongs on a sinks' drain. :D I ordered mine last week and I'm patiently waiting.

They said they had more in stock.

Very, Very Very nice! I think I got jipped, all I have is 4 holes in the PS pulley. wink These new ones look so much nicer(no complaints about the old ones though). And I see they're even engraved with "SHOshop"...damn!

My only concern with the new pulleys is shearing due to the amount of material removed.

My last UDP job used these, and I have a set due in soon for another job. Delivery slipped a day from SHO Shop, but was still a pretty quick turnaround.

I don't think shearing an accessory pulley would be that possible. Crank pulley yes.

Plus we are not running 12PSI of boost like Fred! wink

My build date says 05/93, which is what I sent to Josh.

You notice that my belt is a K060455 and yours is a K060465?

Let me know what you think.

Also, any tips on removing and installing the power steering pulley? The other two seem to be no problem.

Thanks.

Ok, at 5/93 you're on the new alternator, not the old 90 amp Mitsubishi one. He's got a 1/93 build date.

I did notice the belt length difference. I've used a 455 on another 93 SHO with UDPs before. Honestly, I think the 9 drilled holes on the alt pulley look SWEET.

As far as pulling the PS pulley, I really didn't have any problem getting previous ones off. Just be sure to remove it evenly (don't pry ******* one side, then the next).

Hey goes i have a build date of 6/93...2 things

what amp model of alternator do i have?

when did they start building 94s? These days a build date of 6/93 would indicate a 94 car....

I received them last week and they do look really nice. Hopefully everything goes well when they go on next week.

I thought I'd give them a thumbs_u , since they have gotten some flack the past few days. Like it or not, even when doing business with the other companies its still shoshop products. I'm glad they are around.
