Be wary of the manuals on eBay that come as a PDF on USB stick. You'll likely get a 12000 page manual with no index, making it virtually impossible to find anything.

Gen 4 Service Manual PDF
I posted this several years ago on EBPF, but many here might find it useful. It's a 2013 Taurus service manual, but it's largely applicable to all 2013-2019 Tauri, as well as 2010-2012 in many respects. I've referred to it many times when working on my 2015 SHO...

I downloaded the manual from "factory-manuals.com" It's over 12 thousand pages. If you elect to get the lifetime download, you get a .pdf version. If not, they may send you the other version that you have to access over the net. Just pay and get the .pdf and avoid the headache. Be sure you have the latest version of adobe reader prior to the download. It took them awhile to get it to me, I was thinking I got s crewed out of $78 on the whole deal, but the next morning it was ready to download.
