SHOOT I locked the interior trunk lock...

..and I don't have the key to unlock it..all I have are ignition keys. Fortunately I still have the keyless entry to pop the trunk, but if I have the bettery removed, I won't be able to get it. Any way to unlock that sucker? Thanks... :confused:

Just move that black top plastic piece, take a flat head screwdriver and move the locking mechanism out of the way. That unlocks it.

i have the SAME exact problem... my little brother locked it and all I have is the ignition keys!!!....urgh i was mad as ****...SHODUDE i'll try this right now!!!...thanx man...the locksmith I called is charging me 75 dollars to make a key for it...im gonna get that done just to save alotta trouble shoot

Just pop the black palstic piece off...I took mine off completely. That will unlock the trunk.

I just did it, it was SO ******' easy...u just remove the two screws from the plastic cover. and press the lock downwards w/ a flathead screwdriver. Thanx SHODUDE...I now have access to my amp and black magic again...lol thumbs_u

hey can u guys help me w/ my keyless code entry???
i've heard that its in the trunk, and i found a sticker on a black box in the trunk that was ripped. All i could make out was rem--- and I'm guessing two numbers of the 5 for the keyless code entry. 59---. Is there anywhere else I can find the keyless entry code??? :confused:

That sticker and a credit card type thing that had the code on there in the owners manual. There is way to hard code your own new code though. Check SHOtimes for that.

CHeck out the glovebox and the door jams. If I remember right, its in one or both of those locations as well.

Open the keyless entry module.

You can derive the factory code by looking at the jumpers as described in the FAQs's article about how to change the default.

Have you checked the underside of the trunk lid. I looked for mine for a long time "in" the trunk then happened to look at the underside of the lid one day, there it was right in front of my face.
