Greetings.

my name is Lyle Simons and I'm the owner of GAUGEPODS.COM. I've played around with SHO's a few times in my life - and I'm in it again..... This time around is for a DD for my wife.

Now that I'm part of the "family" again, I wanted to do something for the sho community. I have setup a FREE SHIPPING coupon on the site for SHOForum members. These pillars aren't available from SHO Vendors, so I presume I'm not stepping on anyones feet. Let me know if this is inappropriate for this forum.

The discount code is "shofreeship". This is a savings of $7 - $10. We have triple A-Pillar pods for all SHO's '89 - '95. I might have some blems laying around that I can cut down if you only want a double or single setup.

I need Mocha 50/50 front seat upholstery and floor mats (oem) if you want to barter.

Best regards,

Lyle

Uh, is this an advertisement for something that you are selling? Has this been approved by the owner of the Forum? If not, I suggest that you contact her immediately or delete your ad.

good point tom, i mean no where in the post does he specifically list a price for the item, but he is still technically advertising a product, even if he is slapping down a good discount.

i'm sure bizzy will be taking care of this, as soon as she's done ordering hits on rival mob families.

Guys... Please. Give the guy a break, hes giving us a discount. Yes, technically he should first get the post approved by Biz but I don't think its that big of a deal...

And dammit i bought mine 2 months ago lol.

Sorry, I presumed that since I'm a legitimate SHO owner offering something to the SHO community, there wouldn't be an issue. I'll delete the post - as soon as I can figure out how to do that.

Lyle

One of the four red squares at the bottom of your first post is "Edit". Under that is the delete option. We do appreciate a good deal, but rules are rules.

When I select "Edit", the only options after that are "Save" and "Preview". There is no "Delete" option.

Right next to "save" and "go advanced" is a button that says "delete". You can go from there. Please don't think that we're trying to shut you down or insult you or anything; we're not. Basically it boils down to the fact that we have to enforce the rules uniformly or other people will start to complain of favoritism, etc. etc... you get the idea.

Am I missing something? I don't see any "DELETE" button next to the "SAVE" and "GO ADVANCED" buttons. I must have wimpy authorization.

I presume the moderators have the "pow-wa" - so they should just go ahead and delete the post.

Try the Go Advanced and see if that options has a Delete option in it...

enough people have seen the thread. if a mod wanted to delete it they would have by now. just let bizzy know, or better yet make a donation.
