I would confidently buy anything from Rich.

As many of you know I have been looking for some AC parts and had an "experience" with another (X)member.

Rich got me the stuff I needed and went the extra mile in making sure that the parts I got were good and when he broke one of the hoses he sent it to Florida to get it rebuilt and sent it in excellent condition to me.

He was predictable, positive timely communications, was true to his word and price, and made it all right.

The packaging was tight - the truck driver could have dropped the package off at 80 mph and the stuff would have still been ok.

That is how it is supposed to work.
