Posted this video in another thread but wanted to give it more visibility by sharing it in the right section.
Took my SHO to the strip for the first time, had been 14+ years since the last time I've raced on a track. A bit nervous, new track, not sure how to skip the water box, not sure where the pre-staged sensors were exactly located, trying to find who to handover my registration card to get a number... Was in line when someone tapped on my window and asked me if I wanted to race another SHO, said "sure"...
Great, now I had a new friend on the track
... who I later encouraged to join this forum.
It took me too long to launch, I want to believe that the race would have been much tighter if my reaction time had been better. A future re-match will tell.
