I have bought stuff from SHO source many time and until now, they have been fast, efficient, and the products where of good quality.

However, my latest and final purchase from them was a ported intake. I have been very frustrated by the amount of time it has taken to complete this transaction.

I first placed my order July 9th.
I didn't receive the intake until August 25th. Almost 7 weeks later.
I shipped the core back August 26th, the very next day.
It was delivered on September 1st, and I have yet to receive my core charge refund, let alone confirmation that they even received it.

Sorry for the delay; all the ported intakes are made to order, and sometimes our porter gets backed up.

I just checked on your order on the core refund and it was moved to completed status instead of "waiting for core return". We did not realize we had a problem with your order until now, but we will get right on it and get it fixed for you.

This probably could've been solved with a private email instead of a public call-out. Kind of a dick move, IMHO. But anyway...

I sent a private email before the "call-out" and I was glad that Matt handled it quickly. But this is the feedback section, and I was disappointed by the time it took to complete this transaction.
